Online Ticket Sales - Details

You may now buy tickets for current Solihull Symphony Orchestra concerts online using PayPal or credit card. Payments will be processed through JME Associates Ltd.

First, select the event for which you need tickets, and the type of tickets (full price, concessionary). You can also now buy season tickets. On the next screen you'll be able to

• choose how many tickets you want
• return to this screen if you want to purchase more tickets
• proceed to the PayPal secure checkout
• elect to pay by PayPal or credit card

If you don't want to create a PayPal account, you will instead be asked for credit / debit card information and an address to which the tickets can be posted. Your telephone number and / or email address would also be useful in case of any queries. All the financial information is dealt with by PayPal - all that we receive is your name and address in order to send the tickets.

The price will then be calculated automatically and 50p added to cover postage - although if you collect the tickets in person or on the door, this will be refunded.

On completion of the transaction, you should close the PayPal window, and you will return to the orchestra pages. Note that PayPal will open in a separate window (or a separate tab in Internet Explorer 7).

Depending on your browser settings, you may receive a warning about "Downloading non-secure content from a secure Web site". This simply refers to a Solihull Symphony Orchestra graphic that has been incorporated into the PayPal payment screen - it's completely safe, but you can click No to this message if you prefer, and then you won't see it. It won't affect the transaction in any other way.
